QuestionRecently, I masturbated and ejaculated semen to orgasm for my first time. I got to tell you when you ejaculate to orgasm it feels great, it's just such a great amount of pleasure. The liquid that came out of my erected penis was white, sticky, slimy, and it smelled a lot like chlorine or detergent. So in the last week and including yesterday I've been masturbating to orgasm around 10-12 times and each time I masturbate, I always masturbate to orgasm. Ever since I started masturbating I've been feeling horny all the time, usually when I get an erection. Today that I tried to masturbate to orgasm, but my penis hurts each time I try to masturbate and I'm feeling horny right now. I usually get rid of that horny feeling by masturbating but now that my penis hurts from too much masturbation, what should I do to get rid of me being horny and wanting to masturbate? I can't masturbate right now because my penis hurts too much when I try to masturbate. I think I've been rubbing my penis too hard. I can't masturbate because it would hurt too much. And I'm really horny. What should I do? Would rubbing my penis too hard to achieve orgasm create testicular cancer? Or could something bad happen to my penis if I keep doing this?
Just because your penis gets erect, it doesn't mean you need to ejaculate. And some feelings of sexual drive or urge is just a part of being a man -- it's going to be with you the rest of your life. It will just take a few years to get used to it being present.
Like most teens, you found something new and exciting, but you are letting it rule your thoughts. Yes, you're overdoing it. Your body is trying to let you know by the pain you feel. I suspect that the discomfort is coming both from rubbing yourself raw and from the seminal vesicles being empty. Trying to squeeze out more semen when there isn't any there to be squeezed hurts.
The answer is simple: lay off the masturbating for several days. As the days progress, you will notice that your sex drive will slowly increase. Eventually it will get distracting -- seeming to pop in on every other thought. About that time you will end up with a wet dream. If you rather not have a wet dream, then sometime before that point you can relieve yourself with masturbation.
Most importantly, you need to control your thoughts. You have little experience and Satan will trying to tempt you will all sorts of sexual sins. One that strikes a lot of young men is pornography -- especially in these days of easy access through the Internet. Young men get hooked on wanting to experience orgasm, so they try to "enhance" it by looking at nude pictures. The problem is that soon they train themselves to only get a sexual rush by seeing and imagining things that are improper for Christians. This makes them far more susceptible to further sins, such as fornication. Plus it distorts their view of what real sex with a wife is all about, often ruining a marital relationship. Thus, I urge you to take control of both your body and your mind while all of this is still forming, so that they don't run away with you.
Cancer is a disease of the cells in your body. You can't cause cancer by rubbing your skin. The possibility of harm is rubbing your self raw, which might allow an infection into your body.
"And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified" (I Corinthians 9:25-27).
