My body likes to store fat on the lower part of my sides, around my hips. What are some good exercises to help shape that area so that my core isn't pear shaped?
Fat distribution is a genetic tendency. You can't get rid of fat in an area. What you have to do is reduce your overall body fat and all the stores go down. So do general exercises and reduce the amount of calories you are eating -- usually getting rid of junk food is enough to make a change.
