Question:

I want to discuss whether masturbation has any side effects. If it does please write its details.

I want to join a gym to be a body builder, so does a gym have any side effects?

I want to increase the size of my penis and body, including my weight and height. I don’t want to do any surgery and don’t want to use any medication. Tell me some easy way.

Answer:

Masturbation has no physical side effects other than the release of semen. Since a build-up of semen will trigger nocturnal emissions, men who masturbate tend to have fewer nocturnal emissions. It definitely won’t make your penis bigger, other than temporarily while it is erect.

The concern with masturbation is not the physical aspects, but its potential spiritual impact. Too many men use pornography or lustful thoughts to excite their bodies in order to masturbate. Dwelling on thoughts of sex outside of marriage is a sin. “But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart” (Matthew 5:28). “For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God” (I Thessalonians 4:3-5).

Exercise is beneficial to your body, keeping it healthier than someone who does not exercise. However, exercise is limited to only physical health. “For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come” (I Timothy 4:7). Joining a gym is a good way to increase your fitness, but only if you use the gym regularly. The majority of people who join a gym only go for a few weeks or a few months and then get distracted by other things. Such is a waste of money.

There are chemicals which will make it easier to build your muscles, but they all have dangerous side effects and will impact your long term health. Even then, people who use them can’t just take pills, they still have to exercise.

Being a body builder is not a useful pursuit. The goal of body building is to get other people to admire your body. Thus, it is the pursuit of getting others to lust after your body and encouraging others to sin. Build muscles because you need the strength, but don’t do it to show off your skin to other people. And building up muscles only lasts as long as you continue to exercise. As soon as you stop, the muscles start to shrink. It is not worth chasing after something that isn’t going to last.

If you want bigger muscles, exercise. It won’t be easy, but it will make you healthier. And don’t just exercise in a gym. Play sports, run, walk, swim, bike. These will make you healthier.

The size of your penis is determined by your genes. There isn’t a way to change its size, beyond cosmetic surgery which is not practical and carries a large number of risks. The size of a man’s penis doesn’t make a difference when it comes to having sex with your wife, so it should not be a concern to you.
