Not everyone has wet dreams. But all boys eventually ejaculate semen. Your first wet dream can come anywhere from stage 2 to stage 4. It is in stage 3 that you have your growth spurt. Yours happened while you are in stage 2. Your growth spurt won’t happen right away, but probably within a year.
