Fordyce spots on the penis are not treated. This is because Fordyce spots are considered to be harmless and normal. 85 to 90% of all adults have them — some more than others. All you are seeing are your oil glands through the thin surface of the skin on your penis. Removing those glands would mean that your penis would not be getting as many lubricating oils, causing the skin to dry, be irritated, and painful when you had an erection. This is a case where you need to be content with how you were made by God.
