Question:
My problem is that yesterday, when I was masturbating my penis, a colorless sticky fluid came leaking out of it. I know that it was pre-ejaculate, but my question is that what should I do? I am almost thirteen. Should I masturbate my penis daily or something? And when do I start producing semen?
I am getting very horny nowadays and I get almost 15-20 erections a day! What should I do?

At your age, your body is nearly ready to ejaculate semen. The various systems that support sexual intercourse are coming active, but like anything new, it takes a while for your brain to figure out how to handle the new abilities.
When the brain is confronted with something new, it connects the new responses to literally thousands of possibilities. Then over a course of months, it begins trimming away the possibilities that aren’t reasonable and reinforcing those which do make sense. The downside of this process is that when you first are able to have erections, anything, everything, and nothing, in particular, will trigger arousal and erections. Your reaction to the erections then causes the brain to start fine-tuning when erections ought to take place. But in the meantime, the multiple erections a day can be embarrassing and it will take a few years for them to calm down. There isn’t much you can do about them, other than to dress in a fashion that makes the erections less noticeable. Pointing your penis so that erections go upward along your stomach, or down a pant leg if your sitting, can help a bit, though it is hard to keep the penis pointing in the right direction between erections.
At this point in your life, masturbation serves no useful purpose. I know it feels good, but what you are training yourself to do is to chase after lust. Such chasing will eventually get you into trouble as Satan will use those desires to lead you into sins, such as pornography and fornication. At this time in your life, you should learn to practice self-control. “Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it. And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified” (I Corinthians 9:24-27).
Given the progress of the rest of your reproductive system, you will be ejaculating semen in just a short while. You don’t have to force it to happen. Your body will do it on its own when it is ready. When it is time you will feel the sexual urge in your body rise, often to a point that vague ideas of sex seem to dominate all your thoughts. Soon you will either have a wet dream or you will find yourself feeling like you can’t help yourself but masturbate. Once you do ejaculate, everything will calm down and slowly start building again. Instead of trying to make it happen, understand that it will happen and let it happen on its own. The feelings will be more intense and pleasurable this way and in the meantime, you will be teaching yourself self-control which will benefit you in many areas of your life.

First, it is not an accurate statement to say that your penis is always erect. The male body can’t maintain an erection continuously. After about a half-hour or so, your genitals will begin to hurt because the isn’t enough blood circulating when your penis is erect. There have to be periods when the erections go away in order for your blood to circulate properly.
Now, it is accurate to say that you are getting a large number of erections each day. This is because your body recently gained the ability to have erections, but it doesn’t yet know how to control them or when it is the appropriate time to have an erection. This will eventually calm down, but it generally takes a few years.
Second, leaking pre-ejaculate means you are sexually aroused. Your body thinks it is time to get prepared for sex and one of the preparations is to cleanse your penis of any possible leftover urine prior to ejaculation. The pre-ejaculate fluid neutralizes the acids in urine, pushes it out the end of the penis, and lubricates the urethra so that when semen is ejaculated, it comes out easily.
What it also means is that you misbehaving with the girl you call your girlfriend, both in the way you are touching each other and in the way that you are thinking about her. I know it feels good, but you are heading down a path where you are going to end up having sex without being married. “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God” (I Corinthians 6:9-10). Love is not about being horny. It is about caring for another person above yourself. At the moment all you are caring about is how she makes you feel.
Third, since you are not yet producing semen, there is no need for masturbation. All you are pursuing is sexual feelings. Once again, you are going down a path where you are focused on you. Doing things for pleasure sake alone is giving Satan an opportunity to trap you in sin.
Fourth, I suspect that you are in stage 3 of development. Along with a growth in height comes a growth in the length of the penis. Growth comes in spurts of rapid growth followed by slower growth, so it is not surprising that your penis has changed size quickly, in a matter of months.
