I do not have a big penis. It measures only 4.5 inches. Is this normal?
Also, I have a set of lumps on the left testicle.

4.5 inches is well with the normal range for an erect penis. Lumps on a testicle are not normal. If they are hard lumps, you need to see a doctor immediately as this is a sign of possible cancer.
