I have these white dots all over my penis, and I am a virgin. Some are red and some are white. I popped some. I don’t know if that’s bad. I have a big one on the side of my penis. I tried to pop it and some type of puss came out. I just want to know if there’s anything wrong with me or how can I fix it.

First, stop popping things. When you do this, you give bacteria an entrance into your skin.
Most likely what you are seeing are Fordyce spots. All men have them. They are actually the oil glands that you are seeing through your skin. See Fordyce Spots.
