I have a question about the skin on my penis because I have so much extra skin. When I am flaccid and when I am hard sometimes, I look like I am not circumcised sometimes. Should I be worried about it?

There are different types of circumcisions that are distinguished by where the cuts are made and how much of the foreskin is removed. The doctor who did your circumcision chose not to remove much of your foreskin. This style is called a loose circumcision.
There really is no difference between the various styles, other than how it looks. For that matter, it doesn’t make any difference whether you are circumcised or not. “Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but what matters is the keeping of the commandments of God” (I Corinthians 7:19).
