If I’m near the end of stage 4, will my penis get bigger?

Question:

I have a question: I took the Tanner Stage Calculator for Boys test on this site. I’m 22 years of age and I got a 4.8 for my score, which I understand to mean I reached stage 4. I was wondering will my penis will get thicker and will I grow more?

Answer:

The number means that you are near the end of stage 4. In many attributes, you have completed your development. In a few, there is still some development to be done. Typically what remains is broadening of the shoulders, putting on more muscle, and the development of facial and body hair.

The calculator blends several developmental series together to come up with a composite score. Since I don’t know which series you’ve finished and which you are almost done, I can’t specifically answer whether your penis will get thicker in circumference or if you will grow more. I can say that typically these things happen in the early parts of stage 4 so it isn’t likely that you will see any noticeable changes in these two areas.

Please keep in mind that the calculator is only an estimate. It is based on your input while trying to answer my questions, which you might not understand or I might not have expressed well. There is lots of room for slight errors. The blending of a number of series of changes is an attempt of minimizing the errors, but it will never be perfect.
