I have recently gained weight rapidly. I went from 63kg to ~70kg in just two months, standing at 5’6. From what I’ve seen, it looks like there’s fat and a bit of muscle cause my face got rounder, the same as my tummy. Can you please tell me what’s going to happen to me next? I’m also in Tanner stage 3.5 but never have a growth spurt.
