Sperm from a man’s semen, if ejaculated into the vagina, can take as little as 20 minutes to reach an egg if it is present. Sperm can survive up to six days inside a woman before they completely die off.
Most women begin to show around the third or fourth month of pregnancy. But much depends on how slender the woman is. A thin woman will show sooner than a chubby woman because people notice the contrast.
