Can you tell me if this is pearly papules? I’m a 21-year-old virgin, and these have developed within the past year. They don’t hurt but they also don’t really look like PPP. Any idea of what they could be?

You do have a mild case of pearly penile papules along the edge of your corona. Notice that the bumps are all in a row. They cause no problems and are common. You don’t have to worry about them.
