I am 15.3 years old. I am in Tanner State 3.4, and I am 5’9″ and weigh 115 pounds. I was wondering when I will grow and when I will see signs of growth. Do you know how big of a growth spurt I will achieve and how long it will occur? I also wear a size 12 shoe and a 34-inch inseam.

I’ve noticed over the years that many boys miss the fact that they have had a growth spurt. I suspect that if you had a record of your heights over the last 3 to 4 years, it will be clear that you have had a growth spurt or are in the middle of one.
You are 5’9″. You can’t get to that height without growth spurt. You are already long legged with a 34-inch inseam. It is the growth of the leg bones that gives the classic growth spurt.
You can use the calculators at Predicting Your Adult Height to get some estimates on your final height. I don’t know of any way to tell a boy when or how fast he will grow. We know the growth spurt occurs during stage 3, but the rest is up to genetics.
