Question:

Minister,

Do you know how I should deal with my extreme hunger? I just ate dinner that was 1,200 calories and still feel very hungry after.

Answer:

First, eat more protein in your meals. You can eat 1,200 calories in donuts, and it won’t last you very long. However, 1,200 calories in meat would be harder to consume. Not that you should eat meals of all sugary things or all meat. You need variety in your meals.

Second, fiber in your meals fills your stomach without many calories. Therefore, pick items with higher fiber in them for the bulk.

Question:

I’ve been eating meat for the past three days and noticed that my growth has resumed. The growth was in the legs. Do some people’s legs grow in stage 4 the most rather than the torso? Am I sweating so much so easily because of the continued growth?

Answer:

Growth in the legs indicates stage 3 growth. Notable growth in the legs would be unusually rapid growth. As I mentioned several times, growth is measured over months, not days.

If you are getting sudden growth from eating meat, were you not eating meat earlier?

Question:

I was eating fast food all the time, but I think it’s just that the pause had ended because I had signs of upcoming growth before it started.

Answer:

Fast food is convenient, but it isn’t easy to eat a well-balanced diet with just fast food.
