Question:
Hi sir. I am very worried about releasing sperm in the night. My question is what is the way to prevent me from automatically releasing of sperm each night and what is the treatment of this?
Answer:
You make being a male sound as if you had a disease. Releasing semen when your body builds up too much semen is a normal bodily function. It is the way you are supposed to work. It serves two purposes: First, it gets rid of the older semen so your body always contains a fresh batch. Second, it is a chance for your body to learn to coordinate the various systems involved in sex to work together. Rather than worry about it, you should relax and accept that it is a part of being a man.
Some boys decide to use masturbation to keep the quantity of semen from building up. While it works, there is a danger. Instead of just using it when the need to ejaculate gets great, many use it as a time to imagine sexual situations that are not proper or to view pornography. Both of these are sins called “lust” or “lewdness.” “The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts” (Romans 13:12-14). Because of this danger, some boys chose not to masturbate to avoid the temptation. It isn’t that the body won’t take care of itself anyway because they will still experience wet dreams.
