I’m currently at Tanner Stage 4.5. I’m 17 years old. I saw that you answered penis-related questions and I’m wondering how much the average penis grows in girth during tanner stage 4. How much more I could expect it to grow right now at 4.5? I don’t think my size is important for you to know, but it’s above average in both length and girth. I just ask out of curiosity. I want to know if I can expect it to grow or not. I mean it wouldn’t hurt.

I am willing to attempt to find answers to just about any reasonable question. Unfortunately, this is a question that there is no answer available. Penis size varies greatly between individual men. While we know that during stage 4, the girth of a boy’s penis increases, the amount of increase depends on the individual’s genes. Whether the girth increases at the beginning, end, or somewhere in the middle of stage 4 is also variable.
