Answer:
Wet dreams are due to the fact that your body constantly produces semen now that you’ve reached that level of maturity. Eventually, the glands that produce the semen, the seminal vesicles, get full and the excess semen has to be expelled. Your body instinctively ejaculates the excess semen in a process that is called a wet dream. Simply put, you end up masturbating in your sleep. That resets everything until the next time your seminal vesicles get full.
