My girlfriend and I were just having fun and all — kisses, hugs and all that stuff. She let me put my penis inside of her (she’s a virgin), but I didn’t go in too far. I was unprotected, so I barely put the tip in and out — that’s it. But I’m scared to get her pregnant. We aren’t ready. Please help me.
Logic would conclude that if you don’t want to get a girl pregnant, then you don’t get involved in sexual behavior because these naturally lead to pregnancy. Even when people are involved in protected sex, it doesn’t eliminate the chance of pregnancy, it only lowers the odds that pregnancy will occur.
Most guys drip pre-ejaculate fluid when they are sexually aroused. That fluid can contain sperm, though not a great deal. Still by putting your penis into her vagina, you gave any sperm that was present a shorter path to reach her egg. Since sperm swim, they can reach from the front of the vagina to the back.
Your sperm can survive up to six days in a girl, so if they happen to be present on the day she releases an egg, it is possible that conception could take place. The odds are small in this case, but certainly not zero.
You are focused on not getting your girlfriend pregnant, but you engaged in fornication anyway. This wasn’t the only sin. You also exposed your nakedness to a girl you are not married to. You were involved in lewd acts. You were thinking lustful throughts. You were involved in sexual touch. See: How much sexual stuff is too much?
Sexual acts are fun. They are meant to give a husband and wife pleasure. But you are not married. Fun is not an excuse for sin. “Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge” (Hebrews 13:4).
Thank you for the information. Thankfully pregnancy did not take place. Yes, I committed sin and I repented. I cried, praying to God to forgive me. I never felt so scared and depressed. What I did was wrong.
But thank you. Have a wonderful day.
