I was masturbating and when I climaxed I did not want semen to go everywhere, so I pinched my penis. As soon as it hurt I let go. Now when I urinate it hurts and my flow stops, but I still feel like I have to pee.

Likely the pressure forced semen back up into your bladder and injured the muscles that control your urine flow. It can take several days to a week to recover from this. If your difficulty in urinating continues, it may be due to an infection having got into your damaged muscles. If so, you need to see a doctor who can treat you for a urinary tract infection.
