Is it normal to feel like you want to cry, but you can’t?

I’ve had a hard time the past few days. Is it normal to get to this weird place where you want to just let it go and like cry it out, but you just can’t? I feel like exploding and sobbing for hours, but I truly can’t.


Yes, such things happen due to your hormones fluctuating. Eventually, the dam will burst, usually involving something totally unrelated, but until that time, find physically active things to do that get you breathing hard. Exercise seems to help.
