Is it considered normal? Yes. Is it common? No. Each of your body’s systems develops in a certain order, but each system can develop earlier or later than other systems. As an example, I knew a boy whose first sign of puberty that he noticed was terminal hair developing on his upper back. Normally that hair doesn’t show up until late stage 4 or stage 5, but his body was just a bit different.
Your stomach hair started showing up about a year or so earlier than most boys. It is a bit unusual, but not wildly different from most boys.
