First off, understand that you would not have concerns about whether you got a girl pregnant if you listened to God and did not have sex before you were married. “Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge” (Hebrews 13:4). The sin is not in the pregnancy, the possibility of pregnancy is the result of your sinning.
Condoms are made for a range of sizes, but no one condom can fit all the possible penis sizes out there. I assume from your concern that the condom was loose — perhaps rolling up while you were having sex. A second problem is that many guys don’t put the condom on correctly; thus, when they ejaculate the semen squirts up the sides of the penis from the pressure. Even when a condom is put on correctly, if a large amount of semen is ejaculated, it will come up the sides of the condom. Third, once you are finished, your erection disappears, but many guys still have their penis in the girl, which makes it likely for the condom to slip off the penis when withdrawing and leaving the possibility of spillage.
Therefore, the short answer is: yes, it is possible to get a woman pregnant, even when using a condom and those odds increase if the condom is loose, put on incorrectly, or not removed before your erection goes away. To give you an idea, the typical couple having sex regularly for a year has an 85% chance of pregnancy within the first year if nothing is done to prevent pregnancy. When condoms are used, the odds only drop down to 19% — not zero — because of all the problems listed as well as the possibility of a condom breaking.
