Question:
I’m an almost 16-year-old boy, 5’11 and 141 pounds. My question is: why am I still thin but eat so much food? Like at least 2500 calories a day.
Answer:
Actually, 2,500 calories are not that much for a teenage boy. Most eat between 3,000 and 4,000 calories while they are growing. 2,500 calories is a good amount for an adult male. However, even if you increase the amount you might still not gain that much muscle. Some people are just naturally slim. How much exercise do you get each day?
