Question:
Is it necessary for the penis head to come out of the foreskin while having sex? If I don’t treat the phimosis, does it mean that I cannot have sex?
Are all men with uncircumcised penis supposed to get their penis out of the foreskin during an erection?
Answer:
The glans (the head of the penis) is supposed to be exposed when you have an erection. It doesn’t mean that you can’t have sex with phimosis. Your semen will still come out, just like your urine does. What is a concern is that during sex, the foreskin might be forced back suddenly, which will be very painful. Also, since the glans is the most sensitive part of the penis, it means you won’t experience the full feeling of sex since it will be muffled by your foreskin.
