Hi,
I’m 14 years old. I have not had an ejaculation yet. My penis is 2 and 1/2 inches soft and 4 inches hard. I don’t know what stage this is.

Since the size of a male’s penis varies, just like shoe sizes vary, knowing how long your penis is doesn’t tell me much other than you are at least in stage 2 of development. Ejaculations start somewhere between stage 2 and stage 4, so I know you are not past stage 4. To find out what stage you are at, you would need to use the Tanner Stage Calculator.
