Hello,
I am almost 24 years old. My problem is my penis. I masturbate about four times a week. I injured my hand two weeks ago, so I haven’t masturbated as much. It has been a week since the last time.
I have a burning feeling inside my penis in the urethra. About every two hours, when I press my penis by hand, one or two drops come out. It’s like semen but a little different in color being more yellow.
Otherwise, I have healthy erections and do not face any problems. Any help would be highly appreciated.

There is a possibility that you picked up a urinary tract infection. It would be best to see a doctor and have your urine tested.
