I am 24 years of age but when I was 19 years old, I saw little tiny bluish, purplish bumps on my scrotum. It was one at that time. Now, five years later, it multiplied to about 20 all over the scrotum only. I am of African descent, so I’m dark in complexion. I don’t know if that has anything to do with the color of the bumps. I’m very concerned. These bumps don’t itch, they don’t feel hard, they are smooth, but they are multiplying. I would like to know if there is any solution to this and what you all think is the reason for this.
Thank you very much.
There are several possibilities and most are benign (don’t cause problems). However, I can’t say for certain because there are no other symptoms. My inclination is that they are spots where your veins are getting close to the surface of the skin, but these would not look like bumps. I would like you to see a dermatologist in order to get a diagnosis.
