I’m 14.5 years old and I think I’m in the middle or late stage 3. I wonder if I had a wet dream last night because I woke up and a small part of my underwear felt stiff. Also, my glans felt gooey and sticky. The thing is, I have never had an ejaculation before. I have masturbated but nothing ever comes out, not even pre-ejaculate.

You can’t ejaculate until your seminal vesicles and ejaculatory duct have developed enough to produce semen and the ability to ejaculate it. So while you tried to trigger an ejaculation earlier, you can’t ejaculate what isn’t there.
The wet dream indicates that your seminal vesicles are now producing semen. At first, the production will be inconsistent. No one has to masturbate. It sounds like you can have wet dreams, so that will not be an issue. It is common for pre-ejaculate fluid production to come later.
