Question:
I got a 3.8 on the scale but I still feel like I have a child’s body like my legs and upper body and hands and feet are not proportional, I’m 5’9 and 105 lbs does this mean I still have a lot of growing to do?
Answer:
In stage 3 the bulk of your growth in height comes from your legs. Other parts are also growing, such as your arms, but they don’t contribute to your height. This does leave you disproportionate compared to the ideal human proportions. In stage 4, the remainder of your growth in height comes from your spine. This will even out your proportions by the time you are done. The typical boy grows about 1 to 3 inches during stage 4.
