I have been diagnosed as suffering from eunuchoidism. What is it and can it be treated?

Generally a doctor who makes such a diagnosis would also be discussing treatment with you as well. Eunuchoidism is a symptom of a problem and not the cause. It is extremely rare. What it means is that your testicles are not producing the male hormones you need. If this happened when a boy is young, then the boy won’t develop any characteristics of a male (hair, genital development, wide shoulders, muscles, etc.). If it happens when you are older, then you might have difficulty maintaining such characteristics as growing facial hair or developing muscles.
Treatment depends completely on the underlying cause.
