Question:
My left testicle is much larger than my right and feels uncomfortable. Sometimes it goes much smaller and feels to go inside. Also, it can be sore at times and have a throbbing feel to it. Although my right testicle feels hard, this one feels soft and no real form as it always seems swollen. What could it possibly be?
Answer:
Mostly likely you have a varicocele on your left side. You need to see you doctor about it. A varicocele is when the tiny valves in your veins weaken allowing blood to pool and stretch the veins (which is what causes the discomfort). Because so much blood is near the testicle, it keeps the testicle too warm, which impacts your fertility. Depending on the severity, it might require surgery to correct the problem.
