Question:
Hey,
What can I do about my short height? I’m 16 years old, 5’4″, 48 kg, and the Tanner Stage calculator says I’m in Tanner Stage 3.8. I haven’t had a growth spurt yet. Is there anything I can do?
My dad is 5’11, and my mom is 5’1.
Answer:
There isn’t anything you can do other than to eat healthy foods and exercise. Your height is set by the genes you received from your parents. Using the calculators for predicting adult height, I came up with numbers between 5’6″ and 5’9″ for your adult height,
