Why have I been sweating more in my groin area?

Question:

Do you know why I’ve been experiencing increased sweating in my pubic area lately? When I play a video game, I notice after I’m finished that I’m drenched in sweat in the pubic area.

Answer:

Sweat is your body’s response to cool you down. Your testicles are supposed to be about 1 to 4 degrees cooler than the rest of your body.

During stage 4 and afterward, males begin to build muscle mass, but these muscles generate heat. This is why young men are comfortable without a jacket while everyone else is wearing heavy coats.

Stress, such as playing an exciting game, can raise your heart rate, which in turn raises your body temperature.

If you are overweight, the excess fat acts as insulation, causing you to retain more heat.

Sitting in one spot while playing a game doesn’t create much airflow around you to cool you off.

To fix the problems, you need to reduce the amount of trapped heat. Thus, wear lighter, looser clothing. Consider wearing boxers instead of briefs or boxer briefs. If you are overweight, this would be a good time to work on losing excess weight, as in late stages 4 and 5, dieting will not significantly impact your growth, as it is mostly over. Consider getting a fan to help keep the air circulating around you.
