Theoretically possible, but not likely. You have to be in the middle of stage 2, which means you had to have started puberty at the age of 8. But the average boy doesn’t start until age 11. Also, many boys don’t start producing semen until they reach stage 4. So all combined, very few boys are able to ejaculate at the age of nine.
