Question:
I have a cluster of small and painless bumps all over my penis, I’ve had them for about 2 years. They don’t itch and there’s a red dot in the center if they get irritated, but they’re mostly all skin-colored. Will they go away?
Answer
You have to remember that since I can’t see what you see and because there are numerous causes of bumps, I can only guess a few possibilities.

My first inclination is that you are seeing Fordyce spots, which are normal. See Fordyce Spots.

Another possibility is Lichen Nitidus. These are small, shinny spots with flat tops. These are harmless and do not require treatment.
