I have a question about the shoulders. At what stage do shoulders start growing? And when do they stop growing?
My shoulders grew significantly over the past year. I’m wondering if they will grow some more. I’m still growing in height (6 cm between the ages of 17 and 18).
Answer:
Typically, a boy’s shoulders widen starting in the second half of stage 4. The growth can continue into stage 5. In stage 5, you are no longer growing taller, but it doesn’t mean other changes aren’t continuing. I can’t predict how much growth you will have because genetic differences vary from individual to individual. I’m only able to discuss overall trends.
