I have two questions to ask.
First, when is my voice supposed to crack? I got my Adam’s apple about 6-7 months ago but it’s pretty small compared to some of my friends and my voice has never cracked. I still sound like a kid even though my voice is deeper than most people my age (12-13). You could tell that I’m not an adult by hearing my voice.
My second question is it normal that I’ve never ejaculated even though I’m at stage 4.1-4.2?

Reaching stage 4 at age 12 is on the very early side of development. It would usually mean that you started puberty when you were 8.
The voice typically changes during stage 4. Since you’ve just started stage 4, you will need to wait about a year.
Ejaculations start anywhere from stage 2 to stage 4. So these are likely to start any time during the next 1.5 years.

Thanks for answering my questions. I have one more thing to ask. My penis is smaller than average. I think it’s around 4 inches. Can it grow to 5 inches, which I think is the average size?
Answer:
The normal range of erect penis lengths is from 3 to 8 inches. The average erect length is 5.25 inches. Most of the growth in length comes during stage 3 when you are shooting up in height. Most of the girth of a penis develops during stage 4, though some increase in length also occurs.
After mentioning all of these things, I can’t say with any certainty how much more your penis will grow. However, keep in mind that it isn’t the length of a man’s penis that makes a difference during sex. It is how you use what you have that makes a difference.
